COVID-19
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have gone to great lengths to create a safe and healthy environment for both our patients and our team. Our enhanced protocols are in place for your added protection.
The improvement of air quality and management of bioaerosols generated during dental treatment have been central issues in safely providing care during the pandemic. Our aerosol management protocols and equipment go above and beyond the most current RCDSO guidelines for dental offices. We have installed the Surgically Clean Air system, a medical-grade air purification/sterilization technology in all areas of the office, including self-contained units in each individual treatment operatory.
The extra measures we have taken, in addition to our already rigorous infection control procedures, create a safe environment to allow us to provide the standard of care to which our patients have become accustomed.
We are continuing our masking policy for anyone coming into the clinic experiencing symptoms of any respiratory illness in order to protect all of our patients, their families, and our staff. We continue to review and adjust our guildelines based on recommendations from the RCDSO and Ontario Public Health. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
